Today in class we started looking at our power points we made

Republic government and semi-presidential system

President and a Prime Minister
-The government was
made in 1958 (56 years)
-Francios Hollande
has been in office since 2012 and he is part of the socialist party

the Prime Minister
-Prime Minister
Manuel Valls was elected April 2014 and was born in Barcelona and moved to
French when he was 20
-In Latin it means
"public thing"
-The President is
expected to be in office until 2022 and serves a 5 year term
-He will be put out
of office if they assassinate, a revolution, new elections the cabinet can kick
him out and boycott him
